Alan and his assistant showed up promptly to install a UV water filter. They couldn't do it at this time as it needed to be special ordered. I told them about an unrelated water pressure issue with our laundry sink. They quickly identified and remedied the problem and best of all it was under warranty as Ward had re piped our home ffour years ago. Both guys were very professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

This was exactly the kind of customer service we hope when things go wrong! Had a pipe burst yesterday in the late afternoon and the 2 service techs showed up late morning a day later. The lead tech Bradley H was very knowledgeable, informative and did an amazing job start to finish!! Identified a second less severe leak after the bigger one was fixed. We have 40yr old plumbing. It's currently not leaking but he took the time to point out several places where the pipes are corroded and showing their age. He gave me an estimate to get everything replaced and up to current standards. I very much appreciated his integrity and opinion on next steps as these pipes aren't going to last much longer. The younger tech was also knowledgeable and did his share of the work. I'm sorry I can't recall his name. Great experience with Bradley H and Ward Plumbing! Thank you!!!

I had three leaking hose bibs that needed replacing in a 20+ year old home. Bradley from Ward PHA looked at my issues, gave me an estimate and he and his assistant, Sam, got right to work. They had all the parts they needed on their truck and were able to do the whole job in a few hours. The work required cutting into two walls and a ceiling. They installed shutoff valves and access panels for each bib and left things looking better than it did before. If you can call plumbing work a good experience, this was it.

Well as you can see we are long term customers of Wards! This week Alan and Gus came by to help us out and once again we are impressed with the courtesy, helpfulness and knowledge of these guys. Honestly, it’s super hard to find great service these days. Alan explained everything regarding the existing system layout and really knew what he was talking about. We are annual members which gives us great peace of mind re hvac maintenance and future plumbing needs. I don’t know how Wards keeps such a super team but they do and we are grateful!

Jeff N was our AC tech today and he is extremely knowledgeable as well as personable. Love that he took the time to explain how the heat pumps work and what occurrences are normal vs an issue. I hope he stays with the company and continues in our area.

Dewayne Long is the best plumbing technician. He explained everything before, during and after what was accomplished.
We have an older home. He evaluated the rest of our plumbing and recommended improvements to prevent any possible leaks or flooding. Dewayne is a great asset to Ward Plumbing.

I called and made and appointment for Wednesday. I received and email confirmation. At the end of the day Wednesday when no one had come I called and was told the appointment was for Friday.
Friday was apparently the right day. Andrew and Ryan came and replaced the water shut off under the kitchen sink and installed a new faucet.
They did a great job and were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. I have used Ward for other services and have always been well satisfied.

Great job by Brian and his coworker (Brandon?). They showed up on schedule and did a professional installation with minimal interruption to our day. At the end we got a quick tutorial on how the units operated and everything was cleaned up and off they went. Very pleased.

George was so knowledgeable and accommodating. I had several things come up throughout the installation and I felt very comfortable and leaving them at my home to continue their work. They stayed very late on the second evening to finish the job and even were packed up ready to leave when I asked them about a device I had in my old unit that they thought was older and I wouldn't want it, but I told him I did so they went out to their truck rifled through the old unit and found the dust particle control unit and came back in and installed it for me, and it was dark, cold and rainy... No complaints about anything from George. I would recommend Ward and George for any any insulation requirements I might have in the future with different homes. Thanks so much, George!!
