Dewayne L. Is an excellent service person. He arrived promptly, wore protective foot ware so as not to get dirt in my house and quickly addressed my problem and resolved it. He explained what was wrong and what he had done to remedy it. I have used Wards for many years and always been happy with their technicians and service.

I can't say enough good things about Ward Plumbing or about Alan C and his crew. They did a fantastic job showed up when they were supposed to kept in touch with me every step of the way. Broke down everything that was wrong step by step offered me Solutions and we're just generally wonderful. I would highly recommend this company to anybody they guarantee all their work. And within two days I had water running again after having had all my pipes needing to be replaced. Ward Plumbing is definitely A Step Above the Rest.

Where’s the sixth star?! Brad really saved our bacon here today. The water stopped running in the middle of a shower…. pipes at the well head froze. Brad had the problem diagnosed and repaired promptly and now we’re back enjoying the comforts of indoor plumbing.

We called for a leak under our house. We had two other companies come out that couldn't locate it. Ward came out, found the leak, repaired it and fixed two other issues in our house while they were here. We couldn't be happier.

Had Ward come out to help find a leak in our main line. Brad was here to help find and locate the leak coming from a tee on our main line to our hydrant spigot. All from a cracked PVC tee

We had an issue with our sewer line and Anthony K came out. Due to the length of the sewer line he needed another piece of equipment. He could have not bothered and charged me more to make it easier on himself, but he didn't. He got the line clear, advised us of issues that may come up with its location. He was great and made a stressful situation easier.

Once again they came through with a professional team that helped while I was away to prepare for the winter

Andrew and Caleb did an outstanding job installing a new shower valve in my spare bathroom. Andrew had been out earlier and correctly diagnosed a problem with a cross connection between the hot and cold water lines that had me stumped. This later installation, although in a cramped space was done quickly and efficiently. Many thanks to both of them for their excellent work and to Ward Plumbing, Heating and Air for their outstanding professionalism.

They sent Bradley who was polite and attentive, although I did not meet with him personally, over the phone I was satisfied that he knew what the job entails and would do a good job.

Andrew and Caleb just left our house after fixing two water leaks in our master bathroom. They discovered the second leak when inspecting our hot water heater in our crawl space. Dripping down a water line from our shower above. Andrew found the leak in a connection to our on/off shower handle, and was able to repair it through a small opening after removing the cover to the valve. He fixed this without any damage to the tile. This explained the dripping we had been hearing inside the wall. They had aldo found another slow leak under the adjoining sink.
To me, yhe homeowner, this was amazing work they completed. Grateful for the job they did! Fred

This was exactly the kind of customer service we hope when things go wrong! Had a pipe burst yesterday in the late afternoon and the 2 service techs showed up late morning a day later. The lead tech Bradley H was very knowledgeable, informative and did an amazing job start to finish!! Identified a second less severe leak after the bigger one was fixed. We have 40yr old plumbing. It's currently not leaking but he took the time to point out several places where the pipes are corroded and showing their age. He gave me an estimate to get everything replaced and up to current standards. I very much appreciated his integrity and opinion on next steps as these pipes aren't going to last much longer. The younger tech was also knowledgeable and did his share of the work. I'm sorry I can't recall his name. Great experience with Bradley H and Ward Plumbing! Thank you!!!
