Ian came out after another company had quoted us $4,500 to replace a coil. It turned out we had water dripping on our floor because there was a hole in the drip pan that needed to be plugged. The cost would have been $127 but we joined the maintenance program and there was no fee for today. I highly recommend Ward plumbing and heating. Remember always get a second estimate.

Jeremy was very professional and communicated well. I look forward to working with him on project completion. In April 2026, Ward charged an excessive price and promised to come back to complete the job. They did not come back and would not return my calls. I really got taken in by this company. My recommendation is to stay away from them.

I'm on city water and had a high water bill and needed to have the obvious leak taken care of. Jeb and Enoch came out and thoroughly inspected under my trailer and my property and found the leak in an unused bathroom. Thankfully they were able to turn off a couple valves to stop the leak. The guys were polite and wanted to help. Great service.

Thomas arrived at the time he said he would. He located the problem quickly and told me it would take an hour and a half to fix. He was to the second he said it would take him and my busted pipe was fixed. He walked me through everything showing me photos and giving suggestions for future things I could fix if I wanted. He was not pushy on adding things and made sure I was comfortable with pricing. He even offered me water bottles since the water to my house was shut off. Could not recommend more.

I had a plumbing issue as my garbage disposal died. I needed to have it removed and wanted to install regular plumbing without another disposal. Ward’s technician, Anthony, was knowledgeable and very thorough. He was great to work with and fixed it to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this company!

Ward has a great system for their company. Scheduling was easy. They notify us before they come to our house. Alan C and Andre were knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and friendly. The estimate we requested was in my email just a few hours after the visit! We have all the information we need to make our decision! As Wardguard members we got an estimate and inspection at no charge and will get a discount on services we choose. Zach performed the seasonal preventative maintenance and checks of our 4 HVAC units. He was very thorough and explained all the checks he was doing. He said two of the units were perfect, one only needed a minor fix and the other 20+ year old unit has getting near its end of life. He told us what he recommended to extend its life but also asked the home office to supply us a quote for a new, much more efficient unit. No pressure, just take this into consideration and let them know which direction we wanted to go.

Ward Plumbing did an excellent job for us. Our 21 year old hvac system finally died. Ward sent a technician out quickly and diagnosed its demise. We had a new system installed about a week later.
