I cannot say enough good things about this company & my technician, Ian. A truly professional experience. From first contact with Alicia regarding my needs & every contact after I experienced knowledgeable, caring personnel. They kept in close contact with me leading up to my appointment & were always prompt in getting back to me. The repair itself was friendly, efficient, & seamless. Johnathan is an outstanding representative of your company. He is polite, patient, a great listener, very knowledgeable of everything and anything going on with our plumbing system and even pitched us on adding HVAC service which is next up on our home maintenance program here. The young lady with him, Savannah, was also full of plumbing knowledge and good overall vibes. They worked well together and completely solved our extremely bad shower leak. You could not find better representation for your company. Great job!

Dewayne and Isaiah were amazing! They detected a valve problem because a very high water pressure reading. Said it would take two hours to fix and it only took them about an hour and 30 minutes and they did a great job! They were very thorough and detailed in their explanations, and then followed through with the results. I would highly recommend them!

This should really be two reviews. Jeremy came out same day to address sink problem. Jeremy and Isaiah came out two days later to rerun the water line. Went above and beyond what was asked. If you need help fast, call Ward. Phenomenal.

Huge shoutout to Ward Plumbing, Heating and Air. They are the best! They were reasonably price, professional and most important, everyone we dealt with was super nice. I was very impressed with the professionalism of Ward P&H. Nicholas McNevich was kind, courteous, clean, thorough and extremely professional. He didn't mind tackling other jobs when I sprung them on him during his visit. He was well stocked and ready to please without having to make a parts run. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
