Dewayne Long serviced our plumbing issues today with care and concern also for long term fixes. He repaired our immediate pipe leaks and also performed needed water heater maintenance/checks. From scheduling the service to Jeremy arriving and completing the service, everything was excellent. We have used Ward Plumbing service several times now and they have done an excellent job every time. One time was installing new toilets. And another time was removing and replacing a sink and cabinet. Each project had its challenges and Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job! I will never use anyone else!

Brad and Sam did a good job in checking out our water heater and replacing the water pressure reducing valve. They were courteous and respectful. We appreciate the work they performed. The valve was only a year old, but cost about $200 more than a year ago. Seems like a big jump in cost.

We have a summer cabin located the Franklin area, and suddenly were limited in our hot water. Ward PH&A were responsive in sending out a technician to analyze ur situation. It was determined that we were in need on a new Hot Water Heater. (The existing unit was over 16 years old.) The technician (Alan C) actually came out on his day off to install our new system since we had family gathering in to celebrate the 250th Independence Celebration. He was extremely competent, neat, and thorough with the job, (See photos) and I can wholeheartedly endorse Ward PH&A. Their communication throughout the entire process was superb.

Dewayne L. is a fantastic technician with Ward. He went way above and beyond to replace my broken well pressure pump and he also caught problems with my hot water heater on the verge of disaster. He rebuilt my water pipe and filter system all in one service visit. I highly recommend using Ward plumbing, especially if you’re being serviced by Dewayne.
