I called yesterday and Ian came out today (not an emergency). Ian is friendly, professional and within 10 minutes found the issue. He requested a quote and within minutes the office responded that the parts were on order. He showed me how to manage the system for heat until the parts come in. He spent two hours here, replaced the filter, did a thorough inside and outside evaluation, called me down to see a batch of ants he’d found in the unit, and generally performed a thorough and friendly service which he documented with photos.
