Andrew and Caleb just left our house after fixing two water leaks in our master bathroom. They discovered the second leak when inspecting our hot water heater in our crawl space. Dripping down a water line from our shower above. Andrew found the leak in a connection to our on/off shower handle, and was able to repair it through a small opening after removing the cover to the valve. He fixed this without any damage to the tile. This explained the dripping we had been hearing inside the wall. They had aldo found another slow leak under the adjoining sink.

We were told to expect a plumber from Ward Plumbing, Heating & Air between 8 and 3; Tony arrived by 9. The bathtub in question is on the second floor and Tony made multiple trips to his vehicle for the necessary accoutrement without complaint or any indication of slowing down. He kept us informed of his progress and the status of the repair. He warned us when a particular piece of equipment (water jet) was going to be substantially louder than the sounds of his prior efforts. He was courteous and respectful; Mom is 87 and we have a large only partially-trained 6 year old dog from the animal shelter; Tony was decorous and genial. He answered all of my questions with patience and was able to offer more information than I initially thought I needed. Tony spontaneously offered practices and suggested products/devices to prevent the problem from recurring. He took the time to clean up the work area, indicating how long he needed to restore the bathroom to its initial state.

Excellent communication as to what would be done, and they were off.
An obscure mistake in shower install left mixing valve open. Afterwards, Thomas answered questions on more problems I had and made sure I was totally satisfied with explanation and repair. One of the best $100 I've spent.

Alan and his assistant showed up promptly to install a UV water filter. They couldn't do it at this time as it needed to be special ordered. I told them about an unrelated water pressure issue with our laundry sink. They quickly identified and remedied the problem and best of all it was under warranty as Ward had re piped our home ffour years ago. Both guys were very professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

This was exactly the kind of customer service we hope when things go wrong! Had a pipe burst yesterday in the late afternoon and the 2 service techs showed up late morning a day later. The lead tech Bradley H was very knowledgeable, informative and did an amazing job start to finish!! Identified a second less severe leak after the bigger one was fixed. We have 40yr old plumbing. It's currently not leaking but he took the time to point out several places where the pipes are corroded and showing their age. He gave me an estimate to get everything replaced and up to current standards. I very much appreciated his integrity and opinion on next steps as these pipes aren't going to last much longer. The younger tech was also knowledgeable and did his share of the work. I'm sorry I can't recall his name. Great experience with Bradley H and Ward Plumbing! Thank you!!!

Alan and Sam were prompt and professional, they arrived on time and did a great job explaining how they would replace needed change to water filter system. After completing they went over changes. While more expensive than I hoped, no complaints at all on service provided.

I had three leaking hose bibs that needed replacing in a 20+ year old home. Bradley from Ward PHA looked at my issues, gave me an estimate and he and his assistant, Sam, got right to work. They had all the parts they needed on their truck and were able to do the whole job in a few hours. The work required cutting into two walls and a ceiling. They installed shutoff valves and access panels for each bib and left things looking better than it did before. If you can call plumbing work a good experience, this was it.
