Excellent Service from Start to Finish, New HVAC.

We had a new HVAC installed in Whittier, NC on June 2nd and 3rd 2025.
Brian and Caleb did a wonderful job. Brian and Caleb gave us an overview of what they were doing and were very courteous and professional, we hardly knew they were in the house. They were so patient with our little barking dog too. We are Extremely pleased with their work.

Ward arranged for the electrical contractor, which did a terrific job and took the burden off of us arranging schedules, which greatly simplified the process for us.

From our first initial phone call and scheduling Jeremy out to give us a quote, to working with Nikki and Billy confirming an installation date that worked for us, with this being a vacation home, to the ladies answering the phones.

We had a wonderful experience with ward twice.

First time was with Jeremy who fixed our toilet and flooring that was rotting.

Second time was today with Nicholas just double checking our toilet after we found a leak (turns out it was an isolated incident where our kids have bad aim). I did snap my fingers at him trying to shake his hand and that was incredibly rude of me, for that I am so sorry Nicholas 😭😭😭 I don’t know why I did that

But both pleasant experiences and 10/10 would recommend

Ward comes out as part of our apartment's maintenance team. Their work team has always been quick to assist, and communicative about any problem we've had since they started assisting our complex, but Tom's first visit was both personable and friendly, while being informative. Alan C. arrived at 9:45 and completed the repair by 11:00. VERY EFFICIENT!! He was extremely courteous and took time to explain why the leak had occurred and how his repair would prevent it from happening again. I highly recommend both Alan and Ward Plumbing ( and Heating!).

I called yesterday and Ian came out today (not an emergency). Ian is friendly, professional and within 10 minutes found the issue. He requested a quote and within minutes the office responded that the parts were on order. He showed me how to manage the system for heat until the parts come in. Very efficient, friendly, helpful and I’m grateful we’re working with Ward!!

Ian K. was our technician. We were not on site due to Hurricane Helene. However, Ian picked up our key from Blue Ridge Public Safety, performed his services, called me with the results, and generally he told me how things “looked”. He then locked up and returned our key to BRPS. Great peace of mind! Ian was on time, knowledgeable and clearly answered my questions. We are impressed with the technicians Ward has under employment.
