Johnathan is an outstanding representative of your company. He is polite, patient, a great listener, very knowledgeable of everything and anything going on with our plumbing system and even pitched us on adding HVAC service which is next up on our home maintenance program here. Dewayne and Isaiah were amazing! They detected a valve problem because a very high water pressure reading. Said it would take two hours to fix and it only took them about an hour and 30 minutes and they did a great job! They were very thorough and detailed in their explanations, and then followed through with the results. I would highly recommend them!

This should really be two reviews. Jeremy came out same day to address sink problem. Jeremy and Isaiah came out two days later to rerun the water line. Went above and beyond what was asked. If you need help fast, call Ward. Phenomenal.

I highly recommend Ward plumbing! Alan, my technician and his apprentice Jeff did a fantastic job! It’s such a relief to have everything taken care of so well.
