The service Techs ( Luke and David) arrived around 9 15 AM . They got to work really fast. They were replacing our worn out HVAC ( Goodman) system with a Bosch. All of my questions were answered, they are both very knowledgeable, professional and nice. By 2pm the system was up and running and I was shown how the new thermostats work individually and by Smartphone App. It was a great learning experience and we will definitely use your company again for any issues with HVAC or plumbing. We recently contacted Ward Plumbing, Heating & Air regarding a well water filter system we needed to replace. Not only did they find a better replacement system (just happened to be the same one I had been looking at online prior to calling Ward), but Jeremy and his helpers did a fantastic job removing our old system and installing the new, larger system in the same small space (see attached photo of new system).

And we liked our interaction with this company so much that we also joined their Ward Guard HVAC program. Great company and staff, and would recommend to anyone needing the services they provide.

Jessie worked hard all afternoon replacing compressor on Trane heat pump. Only to find the new compressor was no good. Third compressor on 1 1/2 year old unit.

Update - 12 days and still no solution! No return of my call for status!

Update - Joe is working hard to get my heat pump operating. Trane- not so much! Heat pump inoperative for 4 months. Four compressors. Coil replaced. Now need another part!

Alan C. arrived at 9:45 and completed the repair by 11:00. VERY EFFICIENT!! He was extremely courteous and took time to explain why the leak had occurred and how his repair would prevent it from happening again. I highly recommend both Alan and Ward Plumbing ( and Heating!).

I called yesterday and Ian came out today (not an emergency). Ian is friendly, professional and within 10 minutes found the issue. He requested a quote and within minutes the office responded that the parts were on order. He showed me how to manage the system for heat until the parts come in. Very efficient, friendly, helpful and I’m grateful we’re working with Ward!!

Ian K. was our technician. We were not on site due to Hurricane Helene. However, Ian picked up our key from Blue Ridge Public Safety, performed his services, called me with the results, and generally he told me how things “looked”. He then locked up and returned our key to BRPS. Great peace of mind! Ian was on time, knowledgeable and clearly answered my questions. We are impressed with the technicians Ward has under employment.
