Thomas arrived at the time he said he would. He located the problem quickly and told me it would take an hour and a half to fix. He was to the second he said it would take him and my busted pipe was fixed. He walked me through everything showing me photos and giving suggestions for future things I could fix if I wanted. He was not pushy on adding things and made sure I was comfortable with pricing. He even offered me water bottles since the water to my house was shut off. Could not recommend more.

Zach performed the seasonal preventative maintenance and checks of our 4 HVAC units. He was very thorough and explained all the checks he was doing. He said two of the units were perfect, one only needed a minor fix and the other 20+ year old unit has getting near its end of life. He told us what he recommended to extend its life but also asked the home office to supply us a quote for a new, much more efficient unit. No pressure, just take this into consideration and let them know which direction we wanted to go.

Ward Plumbing did an excellent job for us. Our 21 year old hvac system finally died. Ward sent a technician out quickly and diagnosed its demise. We had a new system installed about a week later. We had an issue with our sewer line and Anthony K came out. Due to the length of the sewer line he needed another piece of equipment. He could have not bothered and charged me more to make it easier on himself, but he didn't. He got the line clear, advised us of issues that may come up with its location. Excellent communication as to what would be done, and they were off.
An obscure mistake in shower install left mixing valve open. Afterwards, Thomas answered questions on more problems I had and made sure I was totally satisfied with explanation and repair. One of the best $100 I've spent.

This was exactly the kind of customer service we hope when things go wrong! Had a pipe burst yesterday in the late afternoon and the 2 service techs showed up late morning a day later. The lead tech Bradley H was very knowledgeable, informative and did an amazing job start to finish!! Identified a second less severe leak after the bigger one was fixed. We have 40yr old plumbing. It's currently not leaking but he took the time to point out several places where the pipes are corroded and showing their age. He gave me an estimate to get everything replaced and up to current standards. I very much appreciated his integrity and opinion on next steps as these pipes aren't going to last much longer. The younger tech was also knowledgeable and did his share of the work. I'm sorry I can't recall his name. Great experience with Bradley H and Ward Plumbing! Thank you!!!
