Jessie worked hard all afternoon replacing compressor on Trane heat pump. Only to find the new compressor was no good. Third compressor on 1 1/2 year old unit.

Update - 12 days and still no solution! No return of my call for status!

Ward Plumbing is very organized. When an appointment is made, they send a text & email to confirm. And also a call to confirm. When Daniel was on his way, I got another email/text. The problem was resolved after a couple uses of the snake. I will call them again when I need them!!

My Mom is an older gal and truly called everyone we could think of in the HVAC business. We got Ward to come out a month ago within a day of calling, and today they sent someone this afternoon; to check the furance issue again. Really wonderful service by friendly people. Jeb and James were super helpful and considerate. I even asked them to try and work as quietly as possible, because my son was napping, and they went above and beyond to make sure he didn’t wake up. The work was done quickly and professionally. 12/10, five thumbs up, 6 stars, I would ask them to come be dinner guests, and definitely will call Ward again and request them if and when issues arise.
