I called yesterday and Ian came out today (not an emergency). Ian is friendly, professional and within 10 minutes found the issue. He requested a quote and within minutes the office responded that the parts were on order. He showed me how to manage the system for heat until the parts come in. Steve showed up as scheduled and I immediately recognized him as being our previous technician. He started doing our scheduled maintenance and was very thorough and did not rush. He assured me after he completed that everything was working properly. Prior to him leaving, I offered him an ice cold bottle of water to help him cool down. However, Ian picked up our key from Blue Ridge Public Safety, performed his services, called me with the results, and generally he told me how things “looked”.
